Ryan Van Wagenen is a Director at Global Private Equity

Ryan Van Wagenen feels that no matter how tough the task is if you practice you can make it perfect. An example of this would be to have someone that hasn't played basketball and let them shoot a full court shot.  How many tries do you think it would take to hit that shot?  Most people NEVER would hit a full court shot even if they play basketball regularly.  Stephen Curry?  A little different story.  As seen below, this California man playing for the Golden State Warriors probably could hit 10-20% of them.  How is that even possible one might ask?  The answer if practice makes everything possible.  We must trust in the process in everything that we do.  If we start by mastering the small things, it makes the larger almost impossible tasks possible.  This goes to anyone in any career.  If we become masters of the small tasks on a daily basis, it puts us in the situation to hit the big shot in the final moments to have a chance at hitting a full court short in the Curry's case.  Life is good and this is the time to do the little things and perfect our craft.  May we all have continued success!
